Burst Pipes
When pipes are exposed to below-freezing temperatures, it can cause them to burst.  This can happen throughout the winter and early spring. A burst pipe can send water flooding into your home leading to repairs not only plumbing but restoration of your home as well. 
  • Drip your faucets
  • Open your cabinet doors
  • Set your thermostat at 55 Degrees or above
  • Disconnect & Drain garden hoses
  • Cover Outside Faucets with insulating foam covers
  • Turn off and Drain Sprinkler Systems
  • Locate the main cut-off and have a cut off-key ready if a water line bursts
